“We are opening an office in Warsaw to foster closer cooperation between American, Polish and Ukrainian business within the National Security sector, specifically in the drone and advanced software domains. CBRE did a great job in finding the perfect space for us – and very efficiently to boot”, said Elizabeth Charnock, CEO of Chenope. “We will be sharing office space with Looking Glass Global Services, a drone advisory firm that brings together battle-proven experts from the most sophisticated unmanned programs in the world”, added Charnock.

The new office is located at Dom Dochodowy, which is one of the most beautiful office buildings in Warsaw. It was created from a combination of three historic tenements, adorning the southern frontage of the Three Crosses Square. The facades have retained elements of the historical decor, and the antique interiors have been reconstructed in accordance with conservation requirements. The building is characterized by unique architecture including a raised mosaic floor, wall paintings, ceiling decorations and stylish windows.
